Private dental practices in the UK

Win the new patients who are choosing a dentist on Google right now, without your team asking a single one for a review.

Right now, someone near you is typing "dentist near me" and picking from the three practices with the most recent reviews. The 30-Day Review Engine asks every patient for you, the same day, in your words: one polite request, one reminder, every opt-out honoured, every complaint flagged to your manager within minutes. Fresh reviews every week while your front desk gets on with its day.

First requests go out the day we connect. Full refund in the first 30 days. No long contract.

Works with any booking system through a calendar link, Zapier or Make, or a daily export. How connecting works.

3 of 5 October onboarding places left. Start this month and the compliance pack review call is included.

Free, takes us ten minutes

See how your practice looks to a new patient on Google

Tell us your practice name and we'll send a one-page audit within a working day: your review count, rating and last review date against the three nearest practices, any unanswered reviews, and anything in your public replies that risks confirming someone is a patient. No call, nothing to install.

One email with your audit. No newsletter unless you ask.

Sound familiar?

You are losing new patients to the practice with more recent reviews, not the better dentist

New patients search "dentist near me" and pick from the top three. The practice with the most recent, most numerous reviews wins, and it is often not the best clinician on the street.

Asking in person is awkward. The reception team is busy. The card on the desk gets ignored. So reviews arrive in bursts after a staff meeting, then dry up for months, while one unhappy patient writes 400 words at midnight.

And then there are the rules. Review gating is banned. Incentives are banned. Replying to a review can breach confidentiality. Most practices, quite reasonably, do nothing at all.

Top 3Most people never scroll past the first three results on Google Maps. The order is driven by review recency and volume as much as rating. Your clinical reputation does not enter into it.
How it works

How practices get a fresh review every week without asking anyone

1

Your system tells us a visit finished

We connect to your practice management software where it allows, or your manager uploads a list, or texts one line to a dedicated number. We set this up with you on a 30-minute call.

2

We ask every patient the same honest question

Two hours after the appointment: a short, warm text or email with your Google link. Nothing about the treatment. If they don't open it, one reminder after three days. Then we stop.

3

You see what happened, and what needs you

A simple dashboard shows requests sent, links opened and replies. A complaint is flagged to your manager within minutes with a suggested private reply to approve. Nothing is sent without a human.

What you get

Everything you need to turn this month's patients into next month's new patients

Our guarantee

If we don't ask every contactable patient within 24 hours, that month is free.

Send us your completed appointments for 30 days. If we fail to deliver a review request to every patient who has a valid mobile number or email and hasn't opted out, you don't pay for that month. And if you simply don't like it in the first 30 days, we refund you in full.

We don't guarantee a number of reviews or stars. Nobody honestly can: patients decide. We guarantee the part we control.

A note from the founder

I set up every practice myself

I built this because the practices with the best clinicians kept losing new patients to the practices with the most recent reviews. The fix is not clever: ask everyone, politely, every time, and never break the rules while doing it. The hard part is making sure it happens on a busy Tuesday. That is what this does.

I onboard five practices a month and I do the setup call personally, so the wording sounds like you and your practice software is connected properly. If it is not working for you in the first 30 days, you get your money back and I will want to know why.

The rules are the design, not an afterthought

✓
No review gating. Every patient gets the same public link. We never route unhappy patients away from Google, which the DMCC Act and Google's policies prohibit.
✓
No incentives tied to a review. Messages never mention discounts, offers or ratings. Our system blocks them even if someone tries.
✓
Data minimisation. We hold a first name, a contact number or email and the appointment time. Never the reason for the visit. Personal data is deleted after the retention period.
✓
Opt-outs are for ever. A STOP reply goes on a global suppression list immediately and is checked before every send.
✓
Never confirms a patient in public. Suggested replies to public reviews are generic by design, in line with Denplan's guidance on social media and complaints.
✓
UK hosting, DPIA supplied. You are the controller, we are the processor, and we give you the paperwork to prove it.
Questions practices ask

Before you decide

Which practice management systems do you connect to?

It depends on what your system allows. Where there is an API we connect to it. Where there isn't, your manager exports a list or texts us one line per patient, and it takes under a minute a day. Tell us your system on the setup call and we'll be straight with you.

Will patients find it annoying?

They receive at most two short messages per appointment, hours after the visit, never in the evening, and can opt out with one word. In our experience the tone matters more than the medium: the messages read like they came from your reception team, because you approve the wording.

What happens when someone complains?

Their reply is flagged to your manager within minutes, with a suggested private response to approve, edit or reject. Nothing is sent to the patient automatically, and nothing we draft ever mentions the review or offers anything.

Can we ask only our happiest patients?

No, and you shouldn't want to: that is review gating, and it is banned. Everyone gets the same link. Honest reviews from real patients are what new patients trust.

Is this compliant with GDPR and PECR?

We are built around it: data minimisation, retention limits, opt-out on every message, UK hosting, and a DPIA template for the health data context. We are not your lawyer, so the compliance pack is written to be checked by yours.

How do I cancel?

Any month, from your billing portal, no call required. Your data is deleted at the end of the retention period.

We onboard five practices a month so every setup is done properly. 3 places left in October.
